Unless you licensed the originals, and if you had you wouldn't be asking, no, they're a breach of copyright. The Guevara one is quite famous and I think the licensees do take action on infringements. You may also be in breach of your Alamy contract.

As you probably know, it's your own responsibility.

Quality Control only checks if the image quality is good enough.
The full contract is here. (You have to be logged in.)

Pay serious attention to paragraphs 4 and 5.

IN MY OPINION: Most of what I looked at of the images that you currently have uploaded to Alamy

were "Infringements of copyright" but I am not a copyright attorney and I do not control Alamy.

I believe the OP should have asked himself are the images in question breaking copyright laws before he uploaded them to his port. Personally I wouldn't even have considered doing what he did, it was an obvious no no.

I don't always get here to read but I just wanted to post an observation. When I clicked the link, to see what the images are, in the question, I get this:  Sorry, we can’t find anything for your search term

 

They are all gone. I think that's an answer?
