Ilya Genkin
Just had a sale and the sale price was $25.21 (top part of the image below) while a quote for this image and same usage is $180 (bottom part of the image below). Am I missing something?
Roadrunner
You are missing about $154. I don't think anybody pays the quoted price anymore. Those prices are just pie in the sky Rick

Nick Hatton
Funny but when I bought two images for presentation use I had to pay the stated price!

Hmm...maybe Alamy offers discounts to large buyers. Try contacting Contributor Service to find out.
John Richmond
Many years ago I worked for a steel stockholder for a few months. We had three, sometimes four, prices for the same thing. One price for casual visitors, one for fairly regular buyers and one for the major buyers (who could negotiate a further discount for an even bigger order). I'll leave you to guess who paid the most and who the least for exactly the same length of rebar, RSJ or similar. Most businesses that work with different levels of customer have similar discounting arrangements.
