Richard Baker
These sale details have me scratching my head: Country: GermanyUsage: EditorialMedia: Magazine - print, digital and electronicPrint run: up to 10,000Placement: InsideImage Size: 1/2 pageStart: 01 September 2015End: 01 September 2020Duration: 1 month Can anyone try to explain why Start and End dates of 5 years becomes a duration of 1 month? This explanation from MS makes even less sense: "Customers we actively go after, contact us about specific needs or key customers with large spends and image requirements may negotiate on price; which always starts with our shop front pricing. It’s in our interest too to get the best price and our sales team works extremely hard in negotiating deals. Some of these customers need to be confident they’re covered to use images for their particular area and we may invoice with the highest print run and largest page size as we’re working with large orders.Actual use is nearly always at a much smaller size and lower print run." The only thing I can think of is that they want to license for 30 days within a period of 5 years which seems strange. Rgds, Richard.
Richard Baker
And from the last reply from MS, I think that's right: That a Start and End date are auto-generated in a license calculator but anything in the extra detail is not. spacecadet
The 30 days is the print licence, 5 years the electronic?
John Mitchell
The 30 days is the print licence, 5 years the electronic? Makes sense. That's what I assume when I see terms like these for magazines.
Richard Baker
Ah, ok - thanks fellas. And if that's the case, t'would have been nice to hear this in simple terms from the horse's mouth. Richard.

Phil Robinson
Start: 01 January 2016 End: 01 January 2021 Duration: 1 month I guess January's going to be a very long month. As long as I get 5yrs worth of sales in that month, I won't complain.
