Peter Jordan
I have just posted a query about a Ferrari model on this Forum. I tried to do so having opened "My Alamy" in IE 11 on Windows 7. Copying the URL to insert the image would not work. Tried again using Google Chrome instead of IE11 and it worked perfectly. Do others have this problem with IE11
Jill Morgan
I haven't used IE in 10 years. Not keen on the new Edge browser in Windows 10 either. A Chrome girl all the way. Jill
DickJ
Yes. I have to go to Chrome to attach anything.
spacecadet
In FF I just right click, select copy image then ctrl-V into the reply window. It doesn't work in the forum, you have to pull up the image in Alamy search. Thus: I haven't used IE for a decade either. Back then FF was a bit quicker. Now I've no idea because IE hasn't been on my start menu for years.
Peter Jordan
Not just me then, no one else can post images via IE11 either. I generally use IE11 just because of the way I have bookmarks set up there. Fortunately I remembered it works with Google Chrome.
spacecadet
It's very easy to import bookmarks into FF from IE. There's a wizard for it.
Number Six
Interesting. I use IE11 and haven't been able to insert images or quote earlier posts on this forum for ages. Thought it was buffoonery on my part. Will try Chrome or Firefox to see if makes a difference for me.
