Usually I see notices on the same on this forum when it occurs, but not at present. Glitches are so common now that it has become the new normal. More than three working days would be a point to begin prodding CR perhaps. I also expected that this past week would have seen the end-of-month licence 'surge' that is a regular occurrence for newspaper sellers, but nothing yet.
