I can assure it is real, Ed.

Its is a type of parrotfish, very common in Canary Islands, where it is called 'vieja'.

Nope, all you can see is real. They use their teeth to feed in hard coralline algae.

Their tropical parrotfish cousins, who eat hard corals, are know for 'creating' the white sand of the beaches with their depositions.

Not so funny, but you can see her smile (she is female).

In fact, this image was sold a couple of months ago :)
