Interesting display use

Any clues as to the sort of place this might be going?

It's of the access ladder to a neolithic chambered cairn on Orkney. EKNMPE if anyone's interested.

CalMac have that sort of image on their ferries, highlighting attractions on the islands they sail to, maybe whoever sails to Orkney does the same thing?

 

Hotel public areas? Local restaurants?

Thanks for the clues. I wonder if anyone else has had a similar licence.

Now I think about it presumably "up to 1/8" means 1/8 of the display, so it's not on its own.

I like the ferries idea, although the ferry to Hoy only had room for warning notices and a Gideon bible on the walls. More of a landing craft- getting the bikes out of it and up the stone steps was, er, challenging.

I've had quite a few display uses over the years. Here's one from 2016 (historical architecture image):

Just noticed that all of my display sales have been "1/8 area".

 

Hmmm...

 

Mind you, one was for $500+ (outdoor display), so not complaining.

Yes, the fee is good. Not as good as yours but good by recent standards. I suppose mine is "historical architecture" too- neolithic with a modern ladder.
