Gennadii Rybalov
I have a suggestion, but confidence in the correct name is not, I can not find an exact match. Thank you in advance for any help!
John Richmond
Looks more like a moth to me. What day flying ones have you got in your area?

September 5 photographed, perhaps you are right, but it is very large, so I doubt ...
John Richmond
Moths can be pretty large - and that one doesn't look that big when comparing it the size of the marigold (Tagetes) flower. I'm OK identifying some of the UK moths but not the Russian ones.
Nick Hatton
Definitely a moth, sorry but cant help with identification
Ed Rooney
No, that's a miniature Russian bat! Did it make a sound like a bat?
Megan
That looks like a corn earworm (Helicoverpa zea), but it is a North American moth (unless it's been introduced as an invasive where you are -- which I gather is Russia). But I can tell you what family that moth is in -- Noctuidae. Maybe that will help narrow your search!
Betty LaRue
Look at my image AC1FPY. Helicoverpa zea moth. Looks similar, but mine was taken in Oklahoma, USA.
