wiskerke Posted November 23, 2014 Share Posted November 23, 2014 Some of you are reading too much into this. I have had exactly the same thing happen to me. Without the camera shake. Afaik there are 5 designations in Track submissons 1 - Passed QC - Now Manage your images Pretty straight forward 2 - Failed QC Also pretty straight forward: all images have the comment (Status): Failed QC and one will have the reason (Rejection reasons) for failing. 3 - Partially Failed One or more images have the comment (Status): Image processing error. 4 - Unable To Process - resubmit media All images have the comment (Status): Image processing error 5 - Partially Failed One or more images have the comment (Status): Failed QC. The other images have the status: Passed QC. To be complete, there has been (may still be) a sixth possibility: It is number 5 but in stead of Failed QC, the images that have a reason for failure, still have a Passed QC status. This has happened to me once long ago with 2 images in one submission (DVD-309 images): 1 for size and 1 for poor exposure (it was an X-ray) wim edit: one of the had vanished Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
