JPF files

haze

Question

Hi

I have just returned to photoshop after a break.  When I try to save as a jpeg file it only gives me the option of a jpf file and says it is jpg2000 compatible. Can I just check that this is an acceptable file to alamy and if not, is there an option to save to jpeg that I haven't found.

TIA

Haze

Best to ask contributor services although I'd imagine they should be fine.

Is your file 8 bit and not 16 bit?

If not > Image > Mode.

Is your file a single Background layer? (Not a Layer 0.)

If not > Layer > Flatten image.
