OleCNX
I accidentally submit 2 illustrations twice. How do I delete one of the two sets? Thanks a million, OleCNX
Jill Morgan
If they won't go to sales automatically, then you can just keyword and caption one set after they pass QC. If they are already keyworded and captioned, then you will have to ask Alamy to remove them for you. Jill
vpics
Send an email to alamy and ask them to delete one of them.
Ed Rooney
I would just leave them both up, Ole. It's a minor problem.
Michael Ventura
You can delete one set while in Alamy Image Manager, before you caption and tag them. At the bottom of the "Optional" tab, there is an option to delete...look for the trash can (rubbish can) icon. I have double uploaded before and just deleted one set before captioning and tagging....but this is after passing QC.
