Mr Standfast
We're getting this on a lot of licences this week. Any suggestions on what it means? Guess's only. No asking Alamy and cheating!
Avpics
Odd that it isn't 'Location guide for a home buyer'. Then it would seem logical to illustrate an area's attractions. 'Home owner'? Guide to encourage people to get out of their house more?
Gordon Scammell
'Location guide for a home owner' - yes. I'd also like a clear explanation of this licence - especially as it includes 'repeat use'.
MizBrown
As was said on the earlier thread, it could be something like a Welcome Wagon brochure that's given to new home buyers in the US to encourage them to patronize local businesses (lots of coupons, some freebies). Or it's using the seller's trick of having you imagine you're the owner already of a house you're considering. The typical salesperson trick is to get you to imagine yourself in the house and invest emotionally in it being yours.
Colblimp
At a guess I'd say it's a guide for people moving to a new area - great idea by the estate agent/s.
