Ed Rooney
Do you put in the Latin name for the animal in a meat or fish dish you're shooting?
Malcolm Park
No, if I’m shooting cooked or prepared food in a studio it’s for recipe/cuisine/lifestyle magazines or packaging/advertising where the Latin name is not going to be searched. Add it in the keyword section if you feel the need. If I was shooting, say, an ingredient or specimen (fresh whole fish/seafood/apple variety/herb/spice etc) on a slab or white background then I would definitely add the Latin name to keywords, but still not add it to the description text. spacecadet
Not if it's dead, no. Apart from the dead frog on our footpath the other year. So perhaps I should say- not if it's being served up.
