DJ Myford
Black-headed Gull (Chroicocephalus ridibundus) in winter plumage. I've got Larus ridibundus, but that may be out of date.
Gennadii Rybalov
Larus ridibundus Black-headed Gull is widespread in the middle of the Eurasian continent from Iceland and the UK in the west to the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding islands in the east. In most of the area is a migratory bird. It winters in the southern parts of the area and adjacent to it territories, penetrating as far south as the Azores, the Persian Gulf, the Indian subcontinent and the Philippines. It lives on a variety of inland waters, on migration and wintering also held and along sea coasts.
