Once they become teenagers, one forgets the differences between say, a seven and a nine year-old. Now in the guidelines to the terms mentioned in the link above, I see other contributors might be putting eg. 7-9 which is what searchers seem to be looking more for rather than '7' or '8' or '9'. For instance if you are describing a 20 year old as a young woman the images also come up in searches for old woman because Alamy has not activated the "..."
