Jill Morgan
Anyone know what kind of tree this is? Taken here in Lindsay, Ontario. Branches looking more like roots come up from the bottom and grow upwards. I wish I had taken a long vertical as well so I would have identifying leaves, but no such luck. Betty LaRue
No expert, whatsoever. Try googling the Cypress family. No,after looking, I don't think it is Cypress.
Bill Kuta
From what we can see, I'm thinking cedar/eastern white cedar/arborvitae.Did they have evergreen-type leaf structure?
dustydingo
Peachleaf or Black Willow? Bit of a guess in the absence of leaves. dd
