Go to your dashboard and click on Lighboxes on the top right of the screen. Click Create.

then find image you want to add to the lightbox and "+ save to lightbox"

Yes just put your cursor on the white box around the image and drag to where you want it.

It's not very precise, you may have to adjust a couple of times until you understand where it wants to go.

The same with the initial placement of your cursor. It will change into a cross with 4 arrows when it hits the area that's clickable, which is a border of around 10 px on the side and around 20 px on the top and underneath the image I think. Just hovering will show where it sits.

I strongly suggest looking at the finished lightbox from a user's perspective.

Share the lightbox with yourself by mailing it. This will provide the link other people will see.

It has always been this way, it just looks different then before. With lots more code.

If you hover over an image as a user, you will get a popup description which is your caption. If you do not like that or you can think of a more relevant text, in your own lightbox on the editing side, you can click on the speech bubble in the lower left hand corner of an image frame and put in a more appropriate text. For the user the caption will be gone from view until he/she clicks through for the zoom page. (It is generally believed clicking through from a lightbox will not count towards your CTR.)
