Image count mismatch

On the Alamy Image Manager page, my image count is given as 3040.  However, on my dashboard, the total of images under Status comes to 2859, a difference of 181.

 

Does anyone have an explanation for this?

no it does not match, but when I searched on IM for images on sale it does match. I will take a look at the number of any failed or deleted later,

OK, was doing the maths in my head and it seems to be missing 7 images, odd

does it include images that maybe failed QC or that you might have deleted?

I'm not sure whether failed images get through to the Image Manager.  I've deleted no more than a dozen images in 15 years.  I'll go back into Image Manager to try to search for deleted or failed images.

 

George: does your Status count match your Image Manager count?

Failed images do show up in Image Manager.  That accounts for 138 of the 181difference.  Can't figure out the other 43.  I have no pending deletions.

I had a similar situation… I had a disparity of 140 which I eventually accounted for as…

Images that had previously failed QC = 45
Images I have previously deleted = 92
Images pending deletion = 3

Pictures that fail to upload due to technical reasons are counted too.
