Question

Does anyone know what flowers these are, please? Taken in Manchester, uk, in August.

Petunia.  Not sure of the cultivars.

You've got a pink Petunia, red large flowered begonia and yellow leaved Lysimachia nummularia 'Aurea'.  There's also an Impatiens and red leaved Solenostemon (coleus) but they are not so prominent and could easily be omitted.

Yes it is.  Hardy(ish) in Plymouth, though I lost mine in the bad winter of 2010.

 

Damn, they've changed the name - one of the joys of plant and animal ID.  Now I've got to update my image's keywords and captions in AIM.

It is.  There are a few pinkish cultivars so I can't say which one.
