Alamy Search slow?

Taking ages to search for images this morning, could be my machine I guess, but everything else working fine?

It's not just you. Search results are coming up but load a little hesitantly, even over my fibre broadband connection.

Bryan, it's likely that 150 million images take Alamy's servers somewhat longer to sort through than a million, no? And yes, my test searchers have been taking longer lately.

Point taken Edo, but you might have expected to have seen a gradual slowing, not a sudden sluggishness! However we appear to be back to normal this afternoon. MIght have been a software update or whatever going on.

What I said is a theory, not a hard fact, Bryan. But me, I seem to have had a gradual slowing. The time of day matters too, I think.
