DACS payment

Hi,

 

I have been allowing Alamy to act on my behalf for the DACS payments over the last few years but can't recall receiving any money for it.

 

How does Alamy notify you when they get money on your behalf ?

It just shows up in your sales report as Other Income or something like that.

Thanks. Only my photo sales are in my Sales History, no other income..

There was some sort of "system failure" and my payment went into my Stockimo account. I thought I could look up the date for you but the app only tells me it was 4 months ago. I suggest contacting contributor relations.

It's ok. I found the DAC payment in Account Balance and not Sales history.

I think I said sales report which in full is called Net revenue sales report, where it shows up as Other income. 

But you are absolutely right:  the word Dacs only appears in one's Balance of account.

Sales history is the one that used to be Summary of sales.

Confused?
