Richard Tadman
As if the rewards for photographers weren't bad enough I spotted this today where we now have to pay for the privilege of having our work featured:-https://petapixel.com/2018/03/19/if-this-magazine-picks-your-photo-for-its-cover-you-only-pay-430/ I'm grateful to Steve Bloom for his wise insight as follows:- "What’s the difference between a large pizza and a photographer? A large pizza can feed a family of four."
Martin B
There have always been vanity publications. Poetry, literature, photography, this is nothing new, and it certainly shouldn't concern a professional or serious photographer.

John Mitchell
This looks to be a very odd magazine (Oh dear, I think it's Canadian). The following tidbit is from their website: "Sheeba’ is the meaningful brand for those brands who are serious about offering a unique value proposition of meaning to their individual or segmented consumers, at the individual, or community level." Huh? Can you translate that please.
spacecadet
If their target market could translate it they wouldn't need to fleece wannabee models.
