Robbe Nagel
Hello there, Roughly 30 minutes ago, I received an e-mail that my photos have passed through QC (this is my first time). I filled in the required title and tags for these photos and now they are marked as 'On Sale'. But when I go to my dashboard, these same photos are still marked as 'Not on Sale', neither can I find these photos on Alamy. Does Alamy need some more time to process them to put them the website and everything is fine or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance. spacecadet
They won't go on sale until the database updates overnight. AIM is misleading in that respect. It's not an instant process. Dashboard may also lag behind another day or so.

Robbe However, if they are still marked as 'Not on Sale' then either you've missed putting a caption on or you have fewer than 5 keywords. That is the minimum for them to go on sale, and without those they wont be on sale, even when the system updates in 24 hours.

They are marked as 'Not on Sale' in the dashboard, they are marked as 'On Sale' in the manager so that is not an issue.
