Hi all. I just got approved as a new alamy member. I got back into photography over the past year (for obvious reasons) after years of not doing much, and I've been contributing on microstock sites for a few months now. I mainly take pictures of nature and wildlife: birds, insects, small mammals (because I haven't spotted any large ones), flowers, trees, landscapes, changing seasons. A bit of macro stuff too. I have a question straight away... My trial submission was approved, and I dealt with all the keywording, captions, details etc, and it says next to those photos that they are now 'on sale'. However, my dashboard and my profile page still say I have no images online. Does this just take a while to go through, or do I need to do something extra? Anna

Hi1 I can't find a search button on the forum pages so I don't know if this has been covered. I have deleted a few images using the 'optional' page on the manage my images page. However they are still for sale on the site. Why is this? Thanks for any help. Sandra

Hi there, Up until now I haven't had very many images where I've had enough tags to get a green bar. I must be getting better at tagging I suppose, but also trying to avoid non relevant spam. Anyway, I noticed that with over 41 tags the On Sale bar will go green, but it seems this only happens if you fill in the Optional data fields. So, that means they're not really optional are they? Anyone else slightly annoyed by this?
