Allan Bell
Dear Alamy, I have just spent a considerable time searching my images and deleting a word or words from the keyword sections in order to improve my CTR. In order to speed things up would it be possible to have a tool in which a contributor could enter the word or words to be deleted then click on "GO", enabling a program linked to their images on your servers to find all those words within the keyword sections and delete them. It could be extended to a find and replace function too. This could be a program similar to "Find, or Find and replace" for Word or Pages documents as used in text documents. The saving in contributors time could be enormous. Allan
wiskerke
Ask for the excel sheet option and you will be able to do just what you want. However one can also do a lot of damage that way. wim

Don't go there. ;-) Member Services is now Contributor Relations. And you need to know your way around Excel. (I'm terrible at Excel, don't ask me.) wim
Ed Rooney
I can't believe you are bad at anything, wim. Now me . . . I don't excel at Excel. Regarding things like keywording and PP, I deal with every image individually at every point. I'm in no hurry to make mistakes. (But reviewing and editing keywords is a very good idea.)
