I fired off an email to MS last night re a found in-use with Alamy watermarks intact.

It's showing as 'sent' in my emailler, but I didn't get an auto-reply from Alamy.

I can understand although they say they'll reply within an hour, that may not apply to when they're catching up with the weekend backlog; but I've always had an auto-reply before.

Have they stopped sending them?

It's happened to me several times, usually when I've sent things outside business hours. The first few times, I waited a few days before resending and got an apology saying they didn't receive the first email. Now I always resent the email if I don't get the immediate email response, just apologising if they did receive the first one but stating that I didn't receive the 'auto receive' email.
