Jacob Y
Hello, Sorry for all the questions but I have a lot of questions. I was looking on ebay at fisheye lens but many are too expensive for me. I saw some fisheye caps that much, MUCH, cheaper but wondered if they were any good. Is anybody using them? Thanks, Jacob Y.
John Mitchell
I use a Sony fisheye converter (proprietary) on a 16mm Sony e-mount lens. The converter is solidly built, and I'm impressed with the results given the price. It cost about $125 US. No problems at all passing QC. Have never tried any of the generic fisheye "caps," but I'd be careful.
vpics
Sigma produce fisheye lenses either circular or full frame. They are not that expensive.
Allan Bell
Sigma produce fisheye lenses either circular or full frame. They are not that expensive. Samyang even cheaper. Manual operation only though. Not that it would be a problem focusing with a fisheye lens. Allan
