Rob C
Anyone any ideas on this plant. Taken in the Mediterranean Biosphere at the Eden project, but foolishly forgot to make a note of the name. leaf1 by Rob Carter, on Flickr

John Richmond
Aeonium arboreum - either 'atropurpurea' or 'zwartkopf' though the latter is a lot darker in full sun during the warmer months. At this time of year I'd say atropurpurea but the light in the Mediterranean biome at Eden isn't as good as you might expect and Zwartkopf does go quite pale - almost green - in the winter (well, mine does and I grow it outside in my Plymouth garden).
