Jill Morgan
Are you trying to upload to the forum? If so, the image has to be online somewhere, you can't upload from your computer. Jill
Bryan
If you are trying to upload your first batch to Alamy it is sometimes (rarely) the case that the Upload facility does not work correctly. If you wait an hour and try again you might have more success. I am assuming that you are following the Alamy guidelines and uploading JPG files of the appropriate size? John Mitchell
I've occasionally seen the "file not accessible" message when uploading regular stock images to Alamy. Have no idea what it means. What I usually do is go back and start from scratch with the offending image -- i.e. re-save the original TIF as a JPEG -- and then upload it again. This usually works.
