Cleared, uncleared payment

Hi guys,

Checking my balance account about payments I am wondering what's the difference between cleared and date paid. When a sale is reported with the small circle (cleared) it means the photo has been already paid by the client? So, why the date is not reported immediately?

Sales usually clear in 45 days but 'date paid' means when a cleared balance is transferred to your bank.

Cleared means Alamy has received the payment. I think date paid means the date when you were paid rather than Alamy

Ok, so if I understood, when there is a new cleared sale, my cleared balance increases and I get the amount payment at the first month available (if over 75 USD), right?

Rather than raise another topic on a similar vein, I sold an image last week but it is still not showing as cleared. Can anyone tell me why it is not cleared, what this means and how long it will take to be cleared?

It won't show as cleared until Alamy has received the money (as explained above) and that can take unto 3 months+.
