Exporting Alamy data

Hi all

 

I would like to export the list of my sales, preferably with thumnails, so that I can put them into a spread sheet.

 

I want to sort the images into types to the pattern of image types that sell.

 

Can I do this?

As far as I can see that does not include thumbnails, I would like to sort the images visually.

Nope - no thumbs - you'll have to add those manually, I'm afraid !

Agree - no thumbs, Mark.

 

But I do download all of my historical sales every few months and group them in a spreadsheet to see trends, most popular etc. And when you get on to the download page, uncheck the fields that don't interest you, making the final data more digestible. 

 

Then If you sort the data with a preference to your own image ID (Alamy calls it Agency Ref), you'll soon see which occur the most and see them in a separate Alamy browser.

That's a bummer, I am not sure that I want to sort hundreds of thumbnails..... mind you once it is done  i only have to update it I suppose.
