$25k threshold and incentive

Could you please look at the numbers and reconsider this threshold? For most mere mortals it is simply unobtainable and as such provides no incentive. 

 

Also, since exclusivity has no commercial value to Alamy why restrict the 50% for these top earners only to Exclusive images? We now need to explore other sales avenues just to stand still and exclusivity has the additional negative of losing control over pursuing copyright infringements (which is becoming a significant income stream).

 

Many of us feel hugely disappointed by the way things have turned out with the recent commission changes ( from 65% - 40%) and that can't make good business sense to have your suppliers feeling like this.

 

Please have another look and see what you can do to provide reward for loyalty and success, and also a realistic incentive to work towards.

Adding more images is pointless. Why would anyone add thousands more images only for PA/Alamy decide they want another 20% from us. I'm not willing to be fleeced like that.

I'm sure that you are not alone in feeling demotivated. I suppose the question is whether Alamy needs to care or whether we are essentially insignificant.

Sadly, the fleecing is even worse elsewhere.
