Discoverability

Robert Dodge

Question

I have noticed that about two-thirds of my portfolio is ranked as having "low discoverability."

I've been looking at the Alamy site looking for more info on "discoverability" but have not found anything.

I imagine this means the ease or likelihood that these images will turn-up in a search by a prospective client. Right? So, what causes an image to have "low discoverability" and, most important,  how can I raise that to "high discoverability?"

Thanks in advance for your kind assistance.

Hi Robert. +1 to what NYCat says. Here's an example:

It simply means that your images have less than 50 tags (keywords) or phrases. Just keyword accurately and do not try to get to the maximum if it means using KW's that have little or no bearing on the image.
