MookMook Photography
Hi. Is there somewhere in the 'dashboard' or similar that I can search for which of my images were rejected in the past please? TIA
Starsphinx
In Image manager to the left at the top it says "quality control" with a little down arrow - click it and it allows to you to search passed or failed.
MookMook Photography
Thanks for your response Starsphinx. I actually found that and tried it but it's not quite right. If, for example, I have 100 photos uploaded it is saying 99 for passed and 0 for failed (and there are none in qc waiting to be reviewed). It's not a real issue at this stage as I do know which of my images failed. Because I couldn't find the one that failed I assumed they just drop out of the system at some stage and wanted to get that clarified. I searched quite a bit and haven't found an answer so thought I'd try my luck here :-) Thanks again for your answer. regards Pam
Allan Bell
Had a similar problem some time ago, tried everything including an email to CS but not resolved. I think images which failed processing sometimes just disappear. Allan

spacecadet
My QC fails all the way back to 2013 are still on AIM, but not all the batches have the offending image marked.
MookMook Photography
haha thanks spacecadet. All is good. Like I said, not a major issue anyway. I just wanted to understand how things work :-)
