Betty LaRue Posted May 26, 2017 Share Posted May 26, 2017 Sounds like you uploaded. Passed QC. Then you keyworded them. Then they disappeared from Image Manager. Is that the sequence? Even if you failed to save the keywords, (not saying you did) they still should not have disappeared. There's been a few odd things happening in the IM lately. It may be the IT team is doing things under the hood. For instance the way we can move a tag into a box with another tag to make a phrase? I can do that on my Mac, but not on my iPad. Yet the other day, a two word phrase jumped in a box with another two word tag when I tried to make one a supertag. On my iPad!! Oooooeeeeoooo.
