Keywording in batch

Hi, Is there a way to keyword and assign attributes to uploaded images but in a batch so I don't have to open each photo individually? in manage images.

Did you tag them before upload? Are you wanting to tag them in MI? Multiple similar images can be selected and worked on together. But dissimilar images need done one at a time.

Just select several similar images until you see the check mark turn dark.

Select each image and add the tags and attributes, and click save.

 

Or have I misunderstood your question?

Hi Ian, yes I am trying not to do that, I don't want to open them all at one time. But now there is a new image manager so I will have to look at that and see if it keywords a batch of images at the same time.

Hi Betty I did tag them before I uploaded them in LR. But all the keywords went into the last field and not the important keywords. I think I have to look at the new MI and see if that can do it, it probably can, I hope. Thanks though.

You should be able to do it by selecting the ones you want to batch edit.
