I reported it as there had been two legit licences for a magazine and this was a book cover. Worth a try but I suspect that if they won't reply to Alamy they won't bother with me. Just to be clear, it's not an unbilled use, it's a ripped off image. The book cover on a certain fluvial website even has the watermark on it, possibly a comp, though it's evidently been 'shopped out before publication on the publisher's own site. Odd.
