geoff s
I'm guessing that in theory this camera is not suitable due to the sensor size, but it does have RAW which would allow you to make the images at least appear a bit better and maybe pass QC. Is that a reasonable assumption ? Anybody use this camera ? Or anybody aware of a better quality compact waterproof camera ?
wiskerke
Is this about size or cost? I use a RX100 Mk1 and Mk2 in one of these. The Mk1 fits in the Mk2 case but not the other way around. They are around $130 / Eur 115 from China. wim
Bill Brooks
I use a Nikon 1 AW1 with the waterproof zoom lens in the surf, the rain, and other wet conditions. Great lens, Camera works well. At -30C it is no better regarding battery life than my full frame Canon. I do not use it for actual underwater shots like fish etc. http://www.nikonusa.com/en/nikon-products/product/nikon1/nikon-1-aw1.html Takes a licking but keeps on ticking.
