Looking at your images with Alamy it would appear that you are a dentist or dental technician and as such you may have a niche subject. Just be aware not to upload too many similars as it could knock your rating down thus losing sales. Don't ask it is a rather complicated system Alamy have of rating contributors submissions/ click through rates (CTR)/ zooms/ sales and earnings.
