JamesC
I'm kicking myself as it was a stupid mistake, but I've just had my first batch rejected. For those who have experienced the same - do you know if you get the 30 day sin-bin for a first offence? Thanks. James
Jill Morgan
The 30 day sin bin is the wait to hear if your images are rejected. You are never stopped from submitting. Just that if you have a batch that fails, Alamy will wait 30 days to tell you. And all batches behind it waiting for approval will fail as well. If you have already heard that your last batch was rejected, then there is no sin bin time for you. I have had one failed image and wasn't thrown in the bin for it. But it did make me stand up and take notice to take extra care in inspecting my images. Jill
JamesC
Phew, that's good to hear. Yes, a good lesson in the perils of complacency! Thanks.
Steve Tucker
my last batch took about 4 days to get the pass, made me think it was a fail as they have all been next day for ages now so after 48 hours I was sure I had my first fail in a long time, but not so happily. 30 days is a long time
