Panasonic LX100 Vs RX100 3

Recommended Posts

I had the RX100 mk1 and sold it as I wasn't happy with the IQ except in perfect conditions.  I recently bought the LX100 but have only used it a few times such as on a recent skiing trip and whilst out walking (see recent images).  The images passed QC and I am fairly happy with it.  Obviously it doesn't compare to my Fuji X-T1 or Canon 5Diii but it is much nicer to use than the Sony RX100, in fact very similar to the Fuji in many ways.  The lens is excellent but the file sizes are on the small side.

Yep small file seems to be one of the drawbacks, I am looking for something which is 'pocketable' with a viewfinder. RX100 is great but I do find a lot off the time I have to reduce the file size on that (in processing) to get good QC, WEX showroom is only round the corner from me so I will pop in and have a look.
