Stokie Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 I had 2 batches of submissions waiting to be processed by QC, I've been informed this morning that one batch has passed but the other batch is still awaiting QC. I've never known just one batch to be passed, normally if you have 2 or 3 waiting they all pass together. Anybody else encountered this? The only thing I can think of was that the one batch that passed was a partial fail (Image processing error) so that has affected the process maybe? John.
