Pearl Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 I know there has been discussion on here before about uploads not appearing until a while after they have finished. Well now it seems that we have gone way back to having a processing stage again before images show as awaiting QC. I uploaded 10 images early yesterday afternoon (UK). IDP Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 Pearl, I uploaded a submission on Saturday night and nothing was showing in Track Submissions by last night and so I resubmitted. Still nothing this morning and so I contacted MS. They got in touch with their technical team and confirmed that they'd had problems with the image processing server over the weekend. My duplicate submissions are now showing - but as "Processing" and not "Awaiting QC" I think patience is going to be required! Ian D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Craig Yates Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 I uploaded a batch of 50 on Saturday,it went to processing 49 images only,then to awaiting QC for 49 images.
