Andrew Spiers
Hi all, Need a bit of help identifying a trailer. Is this refreshment trailer an Airstream? If not, is it a recognisable brand? Or just an Airstream copy. Thanks
York Photographer
Hard to say if its an genuine airstream or a burger van in the style of an airstream. I suspect that its a modern recreation as the windows and doors are completely different to one built as a caravan, but as to who made it that's anyone's guess. pablo
Hi, Andrew, It certainly looks like an Airstream, but it also looks very new, possibly not a conversion. I know that there is a British company that build "airstream type" caravans, but cannot think of their name, at the moment. I'll look into it and let you know if I come up with anything. pablo
Andrew, Try www.silverbeantrailers.com. They make and supply "airstream type" burger vans. Not saying your image is one, but would not be surprised. To me it's the newness that gives it away. Paul
Andrew Spiers
Thanks all for the answers - it does look like a Silver Bean but I might have to go back to confirm.
wiskerke
Thanks all for the answers - it does look like a Silver Bean but I might have to go back to confirm. If you can go back, it's easy: a real Airstream has a serial number. wim
