ernest
While checking my customer views, I saw among all the search views an intriguing one : D6BTTA ( i.e. this is the Alamy number of one of my images). What does it mean ?
John Morrison
It means you may have a sale...
CandyAppleRed Images
Yes it is the Alamy number being specifically searched for. I had about half a dozen such searches last year and they all resulted in sales, so fingers crossed for you.
skylineboy
more than likely a sale from what i have read. chances are they searched wide, and wrote down a few "possible short listed" alamy ref numbers, and then out of that, they searched for one with a view to buy - yours in this case. maybe or maybe not, but if i was buying an image, thats the process i would follow. losdemas
11 such zooms for me in the past 8 months, 5 of which have converted to sales (so far).
