Google Chrome Issue

Sally

Question

Weird problem but today Google Chrome stopped loading the Dashboard and AIM. I can load the Lightbox page and the Account Balance pages OK. No problems using Safari at all so it's a Google Chrome specific problem. Ive tried clearing caches and modifying other settings to no avail. Any ideas anyone?

I should add I use a mac - Apple studio.

Still having this problem unfortunately. Trying to open alamy.com on Google Chrome I get the following message and a blank page for AIM. Using a Mac. OS Ventura 13.13.1

This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in www.www.alamy.com.

www.www.alamy.com has too many www's in it and doesn't make a clickable link.   https://www.alamy.com does appear to make a clickable link.

That's not the url that's showing in the url bar. which is https://www.alamy.com/myalamy-aim.aspx but when I copy and paste it another www. is added and what's showing on the tab has the extra www in it. I cannot make it stick to one set of www. Weird.

OK I have sorted it by resetting Google settings and signing back in. Not sure what the issue was but it became clear that it was just me having the problem.
