I have tried to post cellphone images (Pixel 7 Pro) both straight from the camera and passed though a noise filtering package on Photoshop and have had them rejected as not suitable for Alamy (other stock image sites accept them).
The picture are high qualify as far as I can see, about 14 in x 16 in at 240 pixel resolution. No noise is apparent that I can make out..
The message on the rejected photo says "Digital camera not suitable for Alamy"
Has anyone an idea as to how to improve the acceptance rate? My regular DSLR photos pass with no problems.
