Captioned as Cartagena

The one word 'Cartagena' is written on the slide mount in a series from Colombia, South America.

 

But I can't find a building that looks like this and have wasted around 45 minutes looking. 

 

I wonder if anybody can solve this puzzle? None of the street signs are legible.

It's a city in Colombia.   Looks like 1950s or 1960s.  Probably Google Earth search would be useful for cathedrals there (I found the name of a school in one of my photos that way).

How about San Nicolas de Tolentino in Baranquilla, it's had a lick of paint and an extra door but I think it's your baby

It wasn't GIS, actually- it came up in "colombia cathedrals" in image search.
