photoattorney.com blog is gone

Recommended Posts

US contributors might be familiar with or at least heard of Carolyn E. Wright's blog (photoattorney.com). She had been representing photographers on copyright matters for many years.

The blog had tons of useful information. I've saved a bunch of links to her articles.

Just discovered that she's apparently retired recently and the blog is completely gone. So much for information staying on the internet forever. Yes, archive.org is still there, but it is a hit or miss.

I expect she remains professionally liable for what remains up in her name, including anything that goes out of date. So it was easier just to can the lot. A shame, but in the wild west which is US litigation it doesn't surprise me at all.
