Because then both the sale and the refund turn up as not cleared. Was it a distributor? Some can take very long. My oldest not yet cleared sale dates from May 2021. Which is quite good compared to a couple of years back. wim

0 meanderingemu
have to concur with wim, payment has been much better recently. Mos of mine now go on day 45 as per agreement. i actually only have one cataclystically tiny $3.xx one on day 48, everything else cleared.
0 woody
119 days and counting - of the $434 sales value my cut of of about $130 keeps rolling forward. 119 days to clear seems ridiculous
0 meanderingemu
obviously distributors. there is a reason many of us have opted out on most of these. Wish Alamy had a better selection process in picking these partners
0 wiskerke
How to find out if it was a distributor sale: Go to Balance of account (you have to be logged in); Set the dates around when it was licensed; And look for the Alamy ref# and see if it says 40% Distributor Commission. wim
